Yum :)

Just ate a delicious healthy snack! Pink lady apples and organic no added sugar peanut butter.  Im trying to eat a healthy, filling snack at 8pm so then I wont eat loads of sugary sweets before bed. I have a terrible habit of that...to the point of not being able to sleep without a full belly! I know I need to make a HUGE lifestyle change with my eating habits and that is the main reason I started this blog.  I have been trying to make 'clean' meals and my sisters keep asking me to blog about it....so I finally caved.  So hopefully this will give you some good ideas and help you make good habit changes!!!

  1. Yay K!!! I LOVE pink lady apples (so does the hubs). I think honeycrisp apples might be my only favorite over pink lady. And the hubs has a lot to say about eating a little bit of peanute butter before bed! I guess there are quite a few benefits... Anyway, having spent the last five years slowly developing new eating habits, I''m excited for your journey! Loves!
